DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON CORRECTING METABOLIC IMBALANCES?
[which is said to affect
90% of illnesses such as allergies, ADHD, osteoporosis, arthritis, Alzheimer's,
MS, cancer, etc.]
A BROTHER FROM
PRINEVILLE, OREGON GIVES SOME SUGGESTIONS:
I am not in the health field! I am a building designer not a doctor.
I have had some experience with alternative health care, and thought this note
may be of interest to you.
It is hard for me though, after all I have learned recently about metabolic diseases like cancer, to just keep my mouth shut. The following is part of a note that I sent to my aunt and uncle a few weeks ago.

My wife (Sandy) has introduced me to another form of health care (or repair) through the correcting of metabolic imbalances. I had no Idea that over 90% of all illnesses were metabolic. From allergies to diabetes, and from ADD or ADHD to Alzheimer's and MS to cancer, all and many more are a metabolic problem and can be helped by correcting these imbalances.
The following is
from Sandy's web site:
"For years men
have analyzed blood, saliva, urine and so forth to learn things about the
body. It was about 50 years ago that science began to use hair and it is
the most stable part of the body they analyze. Today hair analysis, if
done properly and read by experts in this field, is an exact science and can
tell much about the metabolism. Every mineral in the body affects the
other minerals whether they are beneficial or not. An imbalance occurs
if just one is incorrect in its amount and this starts a massive chain
reaction of imbalances. Long-term incorrect levels and ratios may lead
to serious diseases."
I even found out how the psyche is controlled by ratios of potassium to sodium and my personality was able to be seen in an analysis. It pin pointed problems I now have as well as a heads up for where I am heading (my family MD has confirmed most of what was in my report yet by his test others have not started to show as of yet but he said it is a likely trend). I did not want to admit it but, it nailed my personality. The guys in the office said it was right on the money and, were glad to hear that it was correctable! I have talked to so many brothers and sisters that have been through the program and could not believe the results they got. I saw a brother that had osteoporosis so bad that his leg bone wouldn't show up on an X ray and after about 6 months his bones were normal. Arthritis clearing up, and in just about 6 weeks cancer gone. I was so very unsure about the whole thing but, with so many in the truth telling me of there experiences and even my own father-in-law (prostrate cancer) dad (skin cancer) and my kids (ADHD) and so many others, well now I am a believer and going through the program.
Untreated, I am on my way to Alzheimer's, diabetes, arthritis and still suffer allot of pain but, the program is definitely helping! If you want more information checkout Sandy's old site at:
http://www.gv.net/~lsplus/
or her new (still under construction) site at:

You can also hear my brother-in-law's dad at:
http://www.joebrown.com/media/play.html
He is a brother and does the reading and recommending the right programs to Sandy so she can work with the individual clients. He has been doing this for about 22 years (he had lung cancer and was not suppose to live more than 6 months then) read his story on this site.
DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON ADHD?
ART ASKS: My daughter lives in
Ohio. She is not a witness. She has a son who is eight that has
ADHD. She is concerned that medication (Ritalin) will do harm.
Do you know if there are any natural ways to treat the disorder? This is
the first opportunity I have had to help her in the way of the truth and would
very much like to put her in touch with someone in the truth that can give her
some support.
Thank you so much, ArtHolt@hotmail.com

James writes: This seems to be an increasing disorder and somewhat difficult to treat. I have a Bible study with a couple who have two of their children suffering from ADHD. Some of the medical professionals advocate the use of a drug called Ritalin. This has a number of side effects (if you want to know what they are - let me know and I'll send more info). I saw an interesting item on TV news a week or so ago. This woman had a hyperactive son. She treated him with nutritional supplements with some dramatic results. Some feel that sensitivity to certain foods or chemicals produce the disorder and restricting certain foods have some beneficial effect.
One sister wrote me the
following:
"I went to health food store and spoke
to a very knowledgeable man who owns it. I had asked him about a product brought
out by Efamol for people with ADD. He
responded that while some had had good success with that, he did not feel it was
as effective as a few other products he had. He explained that ADD people had
trouble with connectors in the brain area (which I already knew from books I had
read on the subject). EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids) are absolutely necessity in
cases such as this (in fact I take them and I find them of great benefit to me
also). He stressed having a capsule with at least 3 of the essential fatty
acids in it, not just 1 or 2 as most do. I purchased what he recommended (he
also recommended a very very high stress B). My
son has been taking these now for going on 3 months (5 a day of the EFA and 2 of
the B). Within a month I felt I noticed a much better thinking pattern process
and he even admitted he thought he could reason things out much better."
It may be that you can find a nutritionist who can advise of other methods of treatment instead of conventional medicine. I know of a brother in the USA who may be able to give some guidance - he works for a company that distributes nutritional products. If you wish to contact him - then I can put you in touch. However, I personally take the same view as the Society and do not promote one kind of treatment over another.
I hope that this helps in some way and if you would like further information, then don't hesitate to contact me: James Burt from England. jamesburt@mcmail.com 2/01
LOOKING FOR A SISTER WITH POST POLIO SYNDROME TO WRITE TO
I am looking for a married
sister in her forties to write to that
has Post-Polio Syndrome. I'm sure there has to be a witness out there
somewhere. After 30 to 40 years of polio the muscles that compensated
for the muscles killed off are now breaking down because of over use.
It causes extreme fatigue, muscle and joint pain. It even affects ones eye
sight.
I know lots of people with this condition but they are not witnesses and so it
is not a
good idea to visit with them. I belong to a support group but only read the
newsletter and do not go to the meetings. I'd appreciate finding
someone if you would please help.

TREATMENT FOR MELANOMA?
A young brother, 29 years old or so, has a form of cancer known as melanoma. He called me today and I told him I would ask this question.
One year ago he had something that appeared to be like a freckle appear on his neck, then it darkened and was like a mole. The doctor removed it, tested it and declared it was melanoma and it took quite a chunk out of his neck. This week he found a lump behind his ear, went yesterday for tests and the biopsy proved it was the same. Now he faces a big decision as to the direction he should take.
The doctors say he should have lymph glands removed--how many he does not yet know. Have any of you had an experience with melanoma and how has it been treated? Any alternative treatments that worked? I would appreciate a fairly brief, concise reply, if possible. I promised the brother I would print out any answers received and mail them to him for he is not here in my area. If you have names of healthcare providers that are outstanding in treating this by conventional or alternative methods would you please share that information. Thank you so much.
